Brussel Sprouts rock my world
Okay, here is what we did.
Dump some olive oil in a bowl.
Dump a few fistfuls of brussel sprouts in the bowl.
Toss in salt and pepper (I was rather generous as you can see)
Mix it around.
Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 40ish minutes. (It gets a bit charred, so pay attention)
Buddy couldn't eat enough of them. The kids claimed they tasted like french fries.
I just thought they were awesome. I love Bountiful Baskets.
